Upon pickup of the trailer we collect your drivers license and insurance for the vehicle that will be towing our trailers. Drivers license must match the driver of the vehicle that will be towing the trailer, insurance must match the towing vehicle as well. In addition, we require a 3-page form to be filled out with your information such as name, address, phone number, email and tag number of the vehicle towing the trailer as well as 2 pages of signatures and initals for our rental contract.
If you book using our website we collect the payment in full for your rental, for refunds please contact us directly at our phone number, 727-300-1943. We do not offer refunds for late cancellations as the trailer was set aside for your rental and we would have to deny other potential customers because of the booking in place. We do offer refunds if the booking is cancelled up to 4 hours after the booking is placed. Contact us directly for refunds or cancellations.

A late cancellation is a cancellation request that is past 24 hours of the time and date that your booking was placed, for any rentals that you book you have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel and recieve a full refund for your booking. If it goes past the 24-hour mark, refunds are not given, as the trailer was set aside for your booking and penciled out of the calender, not allowing other customers to book that trailer for the dates.

For booking that are placed (1) month or more in advance from time of booking, we allow up to (7) days from time of booking being placed to request a refund in full.
