Upon pickup of the trailer we collect your drivers license and insurance for the vehicle that will be towing our trailers. Drivers license must match the driver of the vehicle that will be towing the trailer, insurance must match the towing vehicle as well. In addition, we require a 3-page form to be filled out with your information such as name, address, phone number, email and tag number of the vehicle towing the trailer as well as 2 pages of signatures and initals for our rental contract.
If you book using our website we collect the payment in full for your rental, for refunds please contact us directly at our phone number, 727-300-1943. We do not offer refunds for late cancellations as the trailer was set aside for your rental and we would have to deny other potential customers because of the booking in place. We do offer refunds if the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours after the booking is placed, but a $50 deposit will be held from your booking total for processing and cancellation fees.
